FLOOD PANELS THAT SEAL. NOT PLYWOOD THAT HOPES.
Removable aluminum flood panels for doors, sliders, garages, and storefronts. Measured to your openings, fabricated in St. Petersburg, stored flat between storms, and rated to hold back up to 10 feet of water.
Most flood panels on the market are thin universal sheets with foam edges. These are the other kind: aluminum flood panels cut to your exact openings, locked into mounted channels, and sealed with dual-phase compression gaskets.
Hurricane Season 2026 is active now. Don’t wait until a Storm Watch is issued.
Call 727-344-9962The panel is simple. The engineering is not.
A flood panel system has three parts: channels mounted at the opening, panels that drop in when a storm approaches, and gaskets that make the whole assembly watertight. Every part has to hold or none of it matters.
Our panels are aerospace-grade aluminum, 2.5X the thickness of most competing products, rated to 40,000+ PSI. The dual-phase EPDM gaskets compress harder as water pushes against them, which means the seal gets stronger exactly when it is being tested.
Between storms, the panels store flat in a garage or closet. When a watch is issued, a typical home is sealed in about an hour. No plywood runs, no sandbag lines, no guessing.
Every way water enters, closed.
Panels on the front door are one piece of the answer. Water also comes through the garage, the sewer line, and the foundation vents, all at once. Complete protection covers every entry.
Flood Barriers for Home
Custom aluminum panels for entry doors, sliders, and walkouts. The core of the system.
Garage Door Barriers
The widest opening on the building, and the one surge finds first. Engineered spans built to hold.
Storm Surge Protection
Rated to 10 feet of water with gaskets that seal tighter as pressure rises.
Backflow Prevention
Surge in the sewer line puts water inside from the inside. This is the fix.
Flood Vent Covers
The openings code put in your foundation, covered when the water comes up.
Generator Protection
The machine that keeps you running after the storm should not drown during it.
One assessment maps every vulnerable point on the property. One team fabricates and installs every panel in the plan.
From assessment to storm-ready in five steps.
Free assessment
We walk your property, identify every opening water can enter, and give you a straight answer on what needs protection.
Exact measurement
Every doorway, slider, and garage opening is measured to the millimeter. Your system fits your building and no one else’s.
Fabricated in St. Pete
Panels are cut, welded, and gasketed at our Florida facility. One team, no subcontractors.
Install and walkthrough
We mount the channels, fit every panel, and show you exactly how to deploy. One practice run and you have it.
Storm-ready for good
Deploy in about an hour when a watch is issued. Prefer hands-off? We offer storage and deployment service too.
Built heavier, sealed tighter, made in Florida.
2.5X stronger. Better sealed.

Founded by Floridians who flooded.
Helene put water in our founders’ homes. This company is what they built instead of moving. Every system is assessed, fabricated, and installed in-house from our St. Petersburg facility. We do not sell anything we would not put on our own doors.

Aerospace-grade aluminum, reinforced channel depth, solid cast stainless steel hardware, and dual-phase EPDM gaskets. Flood panels built to a higher standard.
What Florida homeowners replace with flood panels.
Plywood and sandbags
Both leak, both fail under surge pressure, and both are a race against the hardware store crowd every time a storm is named. Panels are cut once, deployed in an hour, forever.
One inch is $25,000
FEMA puts the damage from a single inch of floodwater at roughly $25,000. A panel system typically costs a fraction of one flooding event.
Permanent floodproofing
Sealed doors and glass walls change how a home looks and lives. Removable panels protect only when needed and disappear the rest of the year.
The 3 a.m. scramble
The real product is calm. When the watch is issued, you deploy in an hour and evacuate knowing the house is sealed, or we deploy for you with our storage and service option.
Flood panels: common questions.
What are flood panels?
Removable barriers placed across doors, garages, and other openings to keep floodwater out. Ours are custom-measured aluminum, locked into mounted channels, rated to 10 feet.
Are aluminum flood panels better than plywood?
Yes. Plywood is unsealed, unrated, and damages the frame. Aluminum panels lock into permanent channels, seal with gaskets, and redeploy every season.
How much do flood panels cost?
Depends on the number and size of openings. See the flood barrier cost breakdown, then book a free assessment for an exact quote.
Where do flood panels store between storms?
They store flat and stack in a garage or closet. Prefer hands-off? We offer off-site storage and pre-storm deployment service.
Can flood panels protect sliding glass doors?
Yes. Sliders are among the most vulnerable openings in Florida homes, and custom panels with reinforced posts are built exactly for them.
How long do aluminum flood panels last?
Aerospace-grade aluminum does not rust and the gaskets are built for decades of cycles. The system is designed to last the life of the home.
